On Wednesday, March 27, 2019 WJJW President Jake Vitali and Secretary Aidan Rawson interviewed Mariel Fiori, co-host and co-producer of ‘La Voz’ a daily radio program for Radio Kingston. Fiori is also the co-founder and Managing Editor of the monthly publication ‘La Voz”.
In this conversation, Fiori provides an in-depth introduction to herself and the work that her program is doing. She speaks on the lack of representation of Latinx persons in the medium and how her program is helping to break down certain stereotypes.
